After doing one moth of my habit which was doing a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise I learned that when you do something frequently then you just dont get better at it as gaining physic but also see a change in you're body and this can relate to the book mindset because since a growth mindset means that you keep gaining knowledge throughout the time passes you actually learn it by practicing whatever you have to do.Practice is the main topic of improvment in my opinion and not only in my own opinion but also in famous persons who have succeded at their subject as for example Micheal Jordan who once said "
